Hi, I’m Benjamin Nicoloff – Owner & Lead Trainer at The Shot Factory

Hockey has always been a part of who I am. I grew up playing the game and worked my way up to Junior A. After my playing days, I became a coach at a renowned goalie school—and that’s where I fell in love with coaching. There’s something powerful about teaching kids the skills, discipline, and grit it takes to grow not only as players but as people.

I stepped away from the game for a while to raise my family and start a construction company, but I never lost that fire for hockey. When my two boys started playing, I became their coach—and it reignited my passion. Being back on the ice, helping young athletes grow and thrive, reminded me exactly what I was meant to do.

For the past three years, I’ve been training players and goalies in Milton, and I quickly saw what was missing in their development. That’s why I launched The Shot Factory—a place where players can get next-level skills training in an environment built for focus, growth, and performance. My goal is simple: to help every athlete who walks through our doors reach their full potential—on and off the ice.
